Heat Dissipation and Temperature Control: Clean the dust from the motor and cooling fan daily; pause operation when the saw blade gets too hot due to continuous work (for diameters ≥ 600mm, water cooling can be used, but be cautious of electrical short circuits); immediately stop the machine if the hydraulic oil temperature exceeds 60℃ to prevent oil seal aging and oil leakage.

Moisture and Rust Prevention: After stopping the machine in a humid environment, dry the metal rollers, screws, and bearings thoroughly, and apply thicker anti-rust lubricating grease; place desiccant in the electrical cabinet to avoid condensation water causing short circuits or component rusting.

Adjustment of Operating Hours: Try to avoid the extreme high temperature period from 12:00 to 15:00 during the day (the high-temperature period varies in different countries, please judge based on your own situation), implement shift work; if it is necessary to operate, ensure mandatory ventilation in the workshop or equip cooling equipment to prevent heat stroke in personnel and overheating of the equipment.
