The metal circular saw machine is mainly used for sawing metal materials. Its working principle is that through the rotation of the saw blade, the saw teeth on the outer circle of the saw blade perform cutting motion on the metal material, and at the same time, the machine head performs feeding motion. However, various problems are often encountered during use. If not solved in time, the service life of the equipment will be affected. Here are some common problems and solutions for reference!
1. Hydraulic oil pump alarm
Reason: The load on the hydraulic oil pump motor is too large and the thermal relay operates.
Solution: Check whether the hydraulic oil pump motor load or pressure is adjusted too high, factory value: 60 kg, then press the "monitoring screen - fault reset" button to eliminate the alarm or restart the power supply.
2. Cutting motor alarm
Reason: The load on the cutting motor of the metal circular saw machine is too large and the thermal relay operates.
Solution: Check the load of the cutting motor, and then press the "Monitoring Screen - Fault Reset" button to eliminate the alarm or restart the power supply.
3. Frequency converter alarm
Reason: The alarm is caused by excessive load on the saw blade (saw blade is too blunt) or excessive load caused by loose belt.
Solution: Detect the cause of excessive load, eliminate it, and then press the "Fault Reset" button in the monitoring screen to eliminate the alarm or restart the power supply.
4. Feeding servo motor alarm
Reason: The metal circular saw machine is overloaded
Solution: Deal with the cause of the fault, press the "Fault Reset in Monitoring Screen" button to eliminate the alarm or restart the power supply.
5. Cutting servo motor alarm
Reason: The load is too large
Solution: Deal with the cause of the fault, press the "Fault Reset in Monitoring Screen" button to eliminate the alarm or restart the power supply.
6. Cutting servo motor alarm
Reason: The load is too large
Solution: Deal with the cause of the fault, press the "Fault Reset in Monitoring Screen" button to eliminate the alarm or restart the power supply.
7. Limit alarm in front of feeding axis
Reason: During automatic feeding, the front limit proximity switch lights up and alarms.
Solution: Adjust the position of the limit proximity switch slider in front of the metal circular saw machine's feeding axis, and press the "Fault Reset" button in the monitoring screen to eliminate the alarm or restart the power supply.
8. Feed axis rear limit alarm
Reason: Automatic feeding is returning, and the rear limit proximity switch lights up and alarms.
Solution: Adjust the position of the rear limit proximity switch slider of the feeding axis, and press the "Fault Reset" button in the monitoring screen to eliminate the alarm or restart the power supply.
9. The cutting axis origin or rear limit switch alarms
Reason: During automatic cutting return, the cutting home position or rear limit proximity switch lights up and alarms.
Solution: The position of the cutting axis proximity switch slider changes, or the slider is loose. After checking, press the "Fault Reset" button in the monitoring screen to eliminate the alarm or restart the power supply.
10. Alarm when main clamping pressure is not reached
Reason: During automatic operation, the pressure signal after clamping by the main clamping cylinder was not connected.
Solution: Check whether the system pressure is 60 kg, or the main clamping pressure relay pressure is adjusted too high (the normal value is 45-50 kg). After checking, press the "Monitoring Screen - Fault Reset" button to eliminate the alarm. (During automatic operation, the clamping speed should be adjusted as fast as possible)
11. The metal circular saw machine will alarm when the feeding clamping pressure has not reached.
Reason: During automatic operation, the pressure signal after the feeding clamping cylinder is clamped is not connected.
Solution: Check whether the system pressure is 60 kg, or whether the feeding clamping pressure is adjusted too high (the normal value is 45-50 kg). After checking, press the "Monitoring Screen - Fault Reset" button to eliminate the alarm. (During automatic operation, the clamping speed should be adjusted as fast as possible).
12. "With/without material" signal alarm during automatic operation
Reason: During automatic operation, the "with/without material" detection switch signal went out, causing an alarm.
Solution: Check the feeding mechanism of the circular saw machine and the position of the "material present/absent" detection switch. Press the "monitoring screen - fault reset" button to eliminate the alarm. Or power cycle.
