On August 5, 2026, at Shandong Wanli Company - with the engine roar of the container trucks, a series of high-speed metal circular saw machines of the custom model WL-200XG, emblazoned with the "WANLI" logo, were loaded onto trucks and completed their journey within the premises of Shandong Wanli Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., heading for Bulgaria. This is Wanli Precision's second time introducing high-quality Chinese "smart" manufacturing equipment to the European market after exporting to many countries such as Spain, Turkey, Vietnam, the United States, and Russia. The equipment is expected to arrive at the customer site in Bulgaria in September this year, to perform precise cutting work on special materials for the customers.

The WL-200XG shipped this time is the latest large-scale high-speed metal circular saw machine launched by Shandong Wanli brand. It is specially designed for high-speed precise cutting of various metal rods and pipes. The equipment's cutting range covers round rods from 80 to 200mm and square rods from 80 to 150mm. To meet the special cutting requirements for special materials of the Bulgarian customers, the Wanli technical team carried out multiple customized designs - from the speed adjustment of the main shaft to the optimization of the clamping device, ensuring that the equipment can perfectly match the cutting requirements of different materials and shapes. The equipment is equipped with a Taiwan oil mist system, which can precisely and quickly improve the cutting efficiency and product accuracy of the saw blade; it adopts a high rigidity structural design and advanced control system, and the cutting surface accuracy can reach ±0.1mm.

The WL-200XG high-speed metal circular saw machine integrates high precision, high efficiency and high stability. The equipment adopts an intelligent fully automatic process flow. After the operator sets the program with one click, the entire process of clamping, feeding, cutting, counting, releasing clamping and positioning can be automatically completed without any manual intervention. The servo-controlled feeding system is combined with a high-precision grinding grade ball screw, ensuring precise feeding length. The single feeding length can reach 800mm. Compared with traditional sawing equipment, the production efficiency has increased by more than 79%. The equipment can store hundreds of material cutting schemes. It automatically matches the optimal cutting speed and feed rate for different materials, effectively extending the service life of the saw blade and ensuring the smoothness of the cut surface.
