The Norwegian customer witnessed the outstanding performance of the WL-150XG high-speed circular saw machine, and the high-precision cutting test was recognized.
Recently, Shandong Wanli Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., LTD., a well-known domestic manufacturer of metal processing equipment, welcomed an important delegation from Norway for on-site inspection and technical exchange. This cooperation focuses on the verification of the cutting process of the special material 34CrNiMo6 (SIS 2541) provided by the customer, with the material specification being bars with a diameter of 100mm. The company completed the test through the newly developed WL-150XG type metal high-speed circular saw machine. Its cutting accuracy and efficiency fully met the strict standards of customers, laying a solid foundation for subsequent batch order cooperation.

Remote collaborative testing to verify equipment performance
After the customer returns, the material samples will be sent to Wanli Testing Technology Center via international logistics. The technical team responded promptly and conducted multiple batch cutting tests using the WL-150XG circular saw machine. This equipment, with its servo drive system and adaptive cutting algorithm, ensures a cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm while significantly reducing material loss. The cross-sectional smoothness far exceeds that of traditional equipment. The test report shows that the cut samples all comply with the technical specifications provided by the customer in terms of dimensional tolerance, verticality and surface quality.
To visually present the test results, Shandong Wanli demonstrated the cutting process in real time to the Norwegian customer through high-definition video connection, and simultaneously transmitted the test data and micro-section images. The deputy director of customer technology said, "The performance of WL-150XG is impressive. Its accuracy and stability fully meet our requirements for processing special alloys." At present, both parties have entered the stage of confirming the business terms, and the first batch of equipment is expected to be delivered before the end of July.
